Polyurethane resin Filofill P 2600

Filofill P 2600 is a cold curing 2-components polyurethane resin which was developed for cable joints till 10 kV. The polyurethane resin consists of polyether polyols, esther polyols and fire retarding fillers.

Polyurethane resin Filoflex P2612

Filoflex P2612 is a fast curing flexible polyurethane resin. This resin is specifically developed for use in tapes resin injection joints where a fast curing is required and the cable joint remains flexible after curing (example repair of power cables which should be coiled on reels ).

LLDPE gauze 50 mm x 5 meter

For making an injection joint, Filoform LLDPE gauze is required. The tube-shaped gauze is made from an extruded Poly-olefin material.

Transparent PVC tape

Filoform transparent PVC tape needs to be wrapped around the gauze when making an injection joint. It seals the joint for fluids, thus forming a solid basis for the resin to be injected.
