Customer specific solutions

Besides the extensive standard assortment, Filoform develops and produces special products on customer specifications. To support this activity, Filoform has it's own R&D department with extensive and modern laboratory facilities. This laboratory is managed by a very creative and experienced R&D manager. Frequent evaluation with the customer takes place. Your problems will get a professional and structural approach in order to create cost saving solutions with a focus on your individual situation.

The R&D department is equipped with modern 3-D drawing software, and has the possibility to present rapid prototypes within a short timeframe.

For different production techniques, Filoform has a network of specialised subcontractors. Together with Filoform, these subcontractors are capable to supply state of the art components and half-fabricated products. Therefor, Filoform has access to techniques like injection molding, extrusion, casting, and all other mechanical shaping techniques.

Products developed by Filoform will be extensively tested in our own laboratory, and afterwards in practise. If required, further testing can be carried out by official testing institutes like TNO, KEMA, etc.

Our production facilities are suitable for small as well as big series. Therefor, we are capable to cover all phases: from development to prototype, from prototype to small testseries, and from testseries to serieproduction.
