Filoseal Pro
FILOseal Pro is ontworpen als snelle, gebruiksvriendelijke en veelzijdige oplossing voor het gas- en waterdicht afdichten van één of meerdere kabels/buizen in leidingen of boorgaten.
This duct sealing system is highly flexible in use and can be installed in vertical and horizontal duct or boreholes and is suitable for boreholes drilled at any angle. There is no need for extra tools, just a standard Caulking Gun is required.

FILOseal Pro kan worden aangebracht bij temperaturen vanaf 5 °C (41 °F). Bij lagere temperaturen verloopt de uitharding iets trager, maar het product zal uiteindelijk wel uitharden en zijn definitieve vorm aannemen, zij het over een langere periode. Bij temperaturen tussen 15 en 20 °C duurt het uitharden ongeveer 8 tot 10 minuten.

Instructions for use
- Zorg ervoor dat oppervlakken die in contact komen met FILOseal PRO vrij zijn van smeermiddelen en
deeltjes. Door te schuren om structuur aan te brengen, wordt de hechting verbeterd. - The gap should be a minimum of 6 mm. material so that the foam can enter the opening.
- Fix the static mixer to the cartridge after removing the nozzle.
- Place the cartridge is the dispenser. Any standard sealant dispenser can be used.
- The resin is not homogeneous for the first 2 pulls of the trigger. Ensure this is collected is a
small bag and disposed off correctly. A uniform mixture color is the indication that its
homogenous and suitable for use. - If the contents are not fully used, the cartridge can be sealed with cap and reused with a new
static mixer.
