Filoseal Pro
FILOseal Pro is designed to offer a quick, easy to use and versatile solution for gas and watertight sealing of one or multiple cables/conduits in ducts or boreholes.
This duct sealing system is highly flexible in use and can be installed in vertical and horizontal duct or boreholes and is suitable for boreholes drilled at any angle. There is no need for extra tools, just a standard Caulking Gun is required.
This simplicity comes along with a great sealing efficiency as FILOseal Pro meets the German standard DVGW VP-601 for Gas and Water tightnes
Applications
FILOseal PRO has been designed for sealing, fixing and filling a wide variety of applications in construction, telecom and energy, examples are:

FILOseal Pro can be installed in temperatures from 5°C (41°F). In colder temperatures, expansion can be slower but will expand and cure over a more extended time. Expansion takes about 8-10 minutes at temperature ranging between 15-20°C

Instructions for use
- Ensure that surfaces which come in contact with FILOseal PRO is free of lubricants and
particle matter. Sanding to create texture will improve adhesion quality. - The gap should be a minimum of 6 mm. material so that the foam can enter the opening.
- Fix the static mixer to the cartridge after removing the nozzle.
- Place the cartridge is the dispenser. Any standard sealant dispenser can be used.
- The resin is not homogeneous for the first 2 pulls of the trigger. Ensure this is collected is a
small bag and disposed off correctly. A uniform mixture color is the indication that its
homogenous and suitable for use. - If the contents are not fully used, the cartridge can be sealed with cap and reused with a new
static mixer.
