The Filoshrink CJ-range of Cold Applied Straight Joints are designed for on XLPE/PVC/EPR , with Lead Sheath, SWA or Steel Wire Braid, cables rated 0.6 to 3.3kv.
Manufactured from high quality EPDM, they offer an exceptional environmental seal, with good resistance to acid, alkalis and fungus, as well as Ozone and UV light. The Filoshrink CJ kits offer a reliable method of inline jointing of cables, which eliminates the need for resin or Heatshrink, and requires no specialist tooling.
The Filoshrink standard CJ-range is suitable for most cables 1.5mm2 to 300mm2; however, bespoke cable configurations can be accommodated upon request.

All Filoshrink End Caps and Filoshrink EPDM Tubes have a 5-year shelf life, provided they are stored according to the manufacturers recommended conditions of storage.
