1. A state-of-the-art sustainable HQ
Our HQ was custom-designed with sustainability in mind. It integrates the latest green technologies to minimise our carbon footprint. For example, some of the key features include:
- 650 solar panels generating clean energy
- Hot and cold storage (soil energy) for efficient heating and cooling
- LED lighting to reduce energy consumption
- High-quality insulation for optimal energy efficiency
- Charging facilities for electric vehicles to support clean transportation
- Self-sufficient systems that generate our own heat and process our own water
By implementing these innovations, our HQ is a real-world example of how businesses can balance sustainability with efficient operations.
2. Greener production lines
Sustainability doesn’t stop at our headquarters – it’s built into our production processes too. Our resin production lines have been completely upgraded to be more energy-efficient and environmentally responsible.
One key improvement is the use of larger storage tanks that are directly supplied by tanker deliveries. This reduces the number of transport movements, cutting down on emissions and making our supply chain more sustainable.

3. CO₂ Performance Ladder – Level 5 certification
We are incredibly proud to have achieved Level 5 certification on the CO₂ Performance Ladder. (The highest possible level on this recognised sustainability benchmark.)
📉 Since 2015, we have reduced our CO₂ emissions by an impressive 95%.
🌍 To offset the remaining 5%, we’ve partnered with a tree-planting program in Brazil
This achievement not only reflects our sustainability efforts but also gives FILOform a competitive advantage in public contracts that prioritise eco-conscious suppliers.
