Filoseal Pro
FILOseal Pro está diseñado para ofrecer una solución rápida, fácil de usar y versátil para el sellado hermético al gas y al agua de uno o varios cables o conductos en conductos o perforaciones.
This duct sealing system is highly flexible in use and can be installed in vertical and horizontal duct or boreholes and is suitable for boreholes drilled at any angle. There is no need for extra tools, just a standard Caulking Gun is required.

FILOseal Pro se puede instalar a temperaturas a partir de 5 °C (41 °F). A temperaturas más bajas, la expansión puede ser más lenta, pero el producto se expandirá y fraguará a lo largo de un periodo de tiempo más prolongado. La expansión tarda entre 8 y 10 minutos a temperaturas comprendidas entre 15 y 20 °C.

Instructions for use
- Asegúrese de que las superficies que entren en contacto con FILOseal PRO estén libres de lubricantes y
de partículas. El lijado para crear textura mejorará la calidad de la adhesión. - The gap should be a minimum of 6 mm. material so that the foam can enter the opening.
- Fix the static mixer to the cartridge after removing the nozzle.
- Place the cartridge is the dispenser. Any standard sealant dispenser can be used.
- The resin is not homogeneous for the first 2 pulls of the trigger. Ensure this is collected is a
small bag and disposed off correctly. A uniform mixture color is the indication that its
homogenous and suitable for use. - If the contents are not fully used, the cartridge can be sealed with cap and reused with a new
static mixer.
